I use a person-centred approach which means that I work with you. My practice is evidence-based. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also utilize Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Externalisation strategies with my clients.
My holistic approach means that our sessions also explore aspects like attachment theory and loss, alongside cultural and structural challenges.
